The building has the typical features of the ancient country houses, being part of an ancient villa. There is a private entry drive with a large parking lot, a well-cared surrounding garden dominated by two centenarian pine trees. Just a few minutes walk away, there's a swimming pool with several water slides, where you can sunbathe laying on green lawns. On the opposite side, but still very close, there's one more swimming pool with indoor and outdoor tennis courts nearby.
